- Cancellations made at least 72 hours before departure are eligible for an 80% refund.
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled departure are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment only.
- Refunds may take between 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
2. Return Policy
As we offer experience-based services (yacht charters, water activities), returns do not apply. However, if the service experience was affected due to operational issues, we may offer partial credit or rescheduling at our discretion.
If no return or refund is allowed, the following notice will be added prominently before checkout:
"Please note: Bookings are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged. Kindly confirm all details before payment."
3. Cancellation Policy
